Matthew Williamson – for Pickleson Paint
This photographic series documents the collaboration between renowned British designer Matthew Williamson and Pickleson Paint, created inside Williamson’s home in Deià, Mallorca.
Known for his expressive use of colour, pattern and Mediterranean influences, Williamson worked with Pickleson to develop a collection of sixteen colours inspired by the atmosphere of Mallorca, the surrounding landscape and the character of his home. The palette moves between soft sun-faded tones, earthy pigments and vibrant accents, reflecting both the island’s natural light and Williamson’s distinctive visual language.
Rather than approaching the project as a traditional product campaign, the photographs focus on the relationship between colour, space and daily life. Moving through interiors, portraits, painted surfaces and quiet creative moments, the series captures the warmth, texture and layered personality behind the collaboration.
